The full time pursuit of digital photography began for me in 1996 when I retired from a thirty-year career as an elementary school teacher. It is my belief that art is a vital part of the ongoing growth and survival of humanity. To this end, we must all continue to grow, learn, experience, create and share our talents, ideas and skills.
This art form has the potential for me to capture the beautiful as well as the lack of beauty in our world. Using state of the art cameras, computers, scanners and printers in my digital darkroom, I am able to create images that I hope will reach out to touch the feelings, imagination and experiences of the viewer
